Local volunteers are needed to help manage and run the Clanfield Neighbourhood Watch Scheme. We all want to live in a safe and friendly community and that is where the work of the Neighbourhood Watch makes a difference. Whether you have a lot of time to offer or only a little - it makes all the difference to your home, street and community.

We require Scheme Coordinators for the following locations:

Green Lane (half), Hayshot Gardens, Nickleby Road (half), Southdown Road, Sycamore Close, Valley Park Drive, Walburton Way and Windmill Close.

We are also seeking an Area Coordinator to manage the Clanfield Neighbourhood Watch scheme.

Save money with a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme! Home Insurance can be cheaper if a scheme is operating in your street. The streets listed above are not covered by a scheme - so please check with your insurers to see if this affects your policy. Why not volunteer and ensure your insurance policies remain low?

Contact me for more information and I can arrange for an established coordinator to contact you and assist with setting up the scheme in your area.

The policing of Clanfield moves to Petersfield in April 2015; this includes the administration of the Neighbourhood Watch. Therefore filling these roles is important to ensuring a safe and stable community.

Join the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and make a difference.

The Clanfield, Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) scheme is falling short for Scheme Coordinators and an Area Coordinator.

The streets are;

Green Lane (half)
Hayshot Gardens
Nickleby Road (half)
Southdown Road
Sycamore Close
Valley Park Drive
Walburton Way
Windmill Close

We are also after a replacement for the Area Coordinator who stepped down after a very long time at the helm.

If anyone is interested please contact me for information and I can arrange for an established coordinator to make contact and assist with setting up the scheme.

The policing of Clanfield is moving to Pertesfield in April 2015, which includes the administration of the NHW. Therefore filling these roles is important.

I have to mention, should any home owner who is in the NHW have a reduction on their home insurance having declared they are a member, then should your street scheme fold you will be required to notify your insurance company as this may effect your policy. This will apply to the streets mentioned above as there is currently no scheme running in these areas.

Please contact me for any further queries you may have about Neighbourhood Watch

Kind regards,
Rob/PCSO.
