Clanfield Online is going to make a special appearance at the Petersgate School Fayre on Sunday 14 June between 11.00 - 3pm.
The website team will be manning a stall to chat to parents and grandparents about the community website and handing out goodies to the children.
There has been a lot going on in the Clanfield area in the past month.
The team at Clanfield Online has counted nearly a dozen events posted on the website since the beginning of May and that number doesn't include regular meetings of clubs and societies.
From cricket matches to celebration tea parties, art trails to walking for health groups. We have enjoyed a festival at the Farmer Inn and had a flutter on the Clanfield Scouts raffle. The gardeners held a plant sale and St James put on a cafe style church service. The Clanfield Joggers keep us fit while Greening Clanfield are working on plans to make the village bloom with colour.
This is a list that could go on and on. What is certain is that it shows we have a rich, vibrant life in the heart of this village. No wonder it is a popular choice for new people to move into the area. We have great shops and local businesses who care for their customers as well as our welcoming groups and organisations - what more could you ask for?
So, what else is going on this weekend?
Well, for the magical folk, Butser Ancient Farm is holding a Fairy Festival http://www.clanfieldonline.com/14/622/fairy-festival. Come and weave some magic spells.
And don’t forget to pop in to the Rising Sun – good food, fines wines and great music.
Clanfield Online has been featured in this week's edition of the Clanfield Post talking about our future plans. Make sure you buy your copy of our excellent local paper!
So remember, come along and meet me at the Petersgate Fayre on Sunday and tell us what you think of Clanfield Online.
