Hampshire Police Alerts - Local Fraud - request for help

Police are appealing for information to identify the male in the images, due to multiple allegations of fraud.
The male is alleged to have committed fraud in the Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Basingstoke and Southampton area's. Although there may be many more instances that have not been reported.

It is alleged that the male approached people and pretends he is from a nearby Off Licence, he then offers to sell alcohol at cost price as the store is closing down soon.
He takes the victim to the rear of the store or nearby, takes the money from the victim claiming that he was then going to the front of the store and would bring the goods out of the rear.

With the scam only being realised when no one came out of the rear of the store and the victim went to investigate.

Police are keen to speak to the male over the allegations, as well as identify further victims that have yet to come forward and report it.
