Over the past couple of years working in the field of physical therapy it has baffled me how little attention my clients pay to the health of their feet. I am always astounded by how much money a client will invest in physical training to improve their general wellbeing and for no fault of their own have spent very little time developing the muscle tone and strength of their feet. You see, the feet are the foundation of the body, and how the feet work affects the rest of the body. Just like the foolish man in the parable of the foolish and wise builder, if we build our house on a foundation of sand it is only a matter of time before the effort we put into building something beautiful can come to nothing. So before you spend your time, effort and money on a physically stronger you in 2017, make sure that the feet are healthy and are capable of carrying you to your full potential by performing the remedial exercises demonstrated in the video below!
