Ducks' New Home

New houses in Clanfield are much in demand and it is good to see that some of our smallest residents have secured their ideal home.  A family of Mallard Ducks are enjoying the delights of a detached house with a spacious patio area and driveway down into Clanfield Pond. What a location!

Like any new residents they need peace and quiet to settle into their new home so please don't disturb or try to feed them.  There is ample food in the pond for the whole family so leave them to seek these out.  Keep your dogs on a lead and don’t leave litter to spoil this idyllic spot.

So we welcome the Mallard family to Clanfield and hope they remain with us for a long time.
