Your new collection calendar is now available for you to download from the website, this can be found on the Where I Live page.
There are no changes to your collection timetable until Christmas, therefore collections will continue on the same day at the same frequency.
Delivery of hard copies of the new 2017-18 Collection calendars are now complete.
If you have not received a calendar and require a hard copy please call customer services on 0300 300 0013.
Your annual collection calendar is a downloadable PDF file which shows all types of collections plus any bank holiday changes.
To view or download your collection calendar, please view the Where I Live page. On this page, click 'find' in the top right corner and type your address or postcode in the search box. Your collection calendar will be displayed in the Waste and Recycling box.
If your bin has been missed please call 0300 300 0013 by 12pm the next working day following your scheduled collection, or you can report a missed collection online.(link is external)
Too much waste for your bin? Take it to your nearest household waste recycling centre(link is external).

Your bins are your property. Take care to keep them safe from theft by placing your house number or post code on them. We cannot be held responsible for their loss unless damaged or destroyed by the collection vehicle which does happen on rare occasions.
If you’re elderly, less mobile or disabled and need help with collecting your bins, we can help. We’ll agree a place where we can collect your items (like outside your garage), to save you struggling with them.
