Job Opportunity at Clanfield Sports and Community Centre 

Clanfield Sports and Community Centre is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team at this brand-new community facility at the heart of the village.      

As F&B Supervisor you will provide an outstanding service to our customers; assist with leading, developing and motivating your team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service is always provided and help to build a welcoming atmosphere that will attract all age groups to enjoy leisure, learning and fun at the centre.  

The role is a 5 days out of 7 basis including daytime, evenings, weekends and bank holidays: however, a degree of flexibility will be required from time to time in support of the business.

Our ideal applicant:

• Team leader or supervisory experience in a café or restaurant
• Passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer care

• Enthusiastic in developing the efficiency and effectiveness of the café
• Personable, approachable with a natural authority
• Smart personal presentation and polite manner
• Reliable, hard-working with a desire to progress and develop your career

Full time position 37 hours pw including shift and weekends

Salary: £20,000 a year
