Dear Friends

This is a big thank you, to all of you who supported the 100 years Commemoration Service of Remembrance at Clanfield Memorial Hall on Sunday.  It was a great tribute to all our service personnel past and present.

It was lovely to see so many from our uniformed youth organisation, I’m sure Lord Baden-Powell would have been so proud of you all.  We filled the Memorial Hall, after the terrible weather the night before, the sun shone for us all; it was certainly the best turnout I’ve seen for many years.

Most of all I wish to thank your generosity as you donated £522.75p to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

Blessings to you all

With Love

Revd. Anne Gothard

Associate Priest
All Saints Catherington &
St James Clanfield.
