Christmas Trees in Clanfield– your feedback
4th January 2018
Clanfield Online have been contacted by residents who have raised concerns about a proposed building development in Chalton Lane. Following the construction of large housing developments in the past few years, it is no surprise that any further building plans, however small, could be a cause of controversy.
Local government planning officers make decisions that can be both difficult and complex. Their job is to look the evidence presented from residents as well as developers; so, take the opportunity to ‘have your say’ and be part of the decision-making process. This website cannot become involved in individual planning applications but suggests residents check the EHDC website and comment if appropriate. https://www.easthants.gov.uk/search-and-comment-planning-applications
Clanfield Online urges all residents to become involved with village life; don’t grumble from the sidelines but be part of the workforce of this community and make a difference. This could be volunteering to help with the monthly litter pick, joining the Clanfield Voluntary Care Group or answering the call to become a trustee of the Memorial Hall.
Clanfield Parish Council are advertising two vacant posts – local volunteers who offer their time, skills and experience to help make our village a better place to live. You could be one of them? https://www.clanfieldpc.org.uk/73/vacancy
