Free Sessions Continue
Exercise is vital for our mental and physical health, and is arguably more important than ever during these times of self-isolation. When it comes to maintaining our health and well-being during these challenging times the AdvanceSRM Free sessions are my way of trying to help you with this. The various session will introduce you to a routine that you can use to maintain and/or improve you general flexibility, mobility and movement.
So if you find you want to learn something new then why not join me for one or all of the LIVE daily sessions at 10am and 4pm this week.
