South Downs Funeral Service Christmas cheer doantions
South Downs Funeral Service in Clanfield have been inspired by a local resident’s plea to offer Christmas cheer to villagers who will be spending this festive season alone. They have donated nearly 100 Christmas puddings and biscuits packs to the Clanfield Christmas Cheer campaign created by Rachel Living. Those in our community who are isolating or home alone this year can be nominated to receive a gift pack.
A Clanfield team member commented “Here at South Downs, we thought it would be nice to give a little back to the community, in what has been such a grim year. When we heard about Christmas Cheer delivering gift boxes to local people staying at home we wanted to help.”
South Downs Funeral Service has been lit up again this year with a Christmas tree, donated by Clanfield Online, directly outside their funeral home. Together, with other local businesses, they are supporting our village and our community.
