Wild Tea Bar cooking up a storm in new kitchen
The Wild Tea Bar, the popular ‘café on wheels,’ is now happily installed in a new commercial kitchen and the WTB team are working hard to keep up with the increased demand from near and far.
Clanfield Online spoke to local business owner, Diane Amey, about her struggle to find suitable premises:
“Lack of space and equipment, versus massive business growth in the last year, made finding a commercial kitchen a 'no-brainer' decision. A lucky star called Alison of livelifelovecake https://instagram.com/livelifelovecake led me to ‘The Old Flint Barn’ at Wallops Wood, nestled in the Southdowns National Park, just as we wished for! It’s like a dream come true and it really was love at first sight!
“Following sleepless nights, burning the midnight oil, elbow grease and moving tons of equipment, it has all fallen into place. The Wild Tea Bar is fully operational and we're absolutely loving the new kitchen and the opportunities it opens up.”
Watch out for the next appearance of the distinctive midnight blue converted horsebox in the village this autumn/winter and discover. https://www.facebook.com/thewildteabar
You lucky people, what treats the Wild Tea Bar have waiting for you!
