Clanfield Community Pre School

Summary

Clanfield Community Pre School is situated in the grounds of Petersgate Infant School and caters for children from 2 to 5 years.

The pre-school operates from one room in a purpose built unit with a secure outside play area and has shared use of specific areas in Petersgate Infant School. We offer a staff who are all deeply committed to ensuring children are well cared for and looked after. They are all exceptional in their roles and are the strong foundations on which the Pre School is built.

We also run a Baby to 3 year old group on a Thursday morning. This is run by a member of staff with committee helpers. Each week there is a planned activity, toys to play with, a snack, refreshments for parents/carers and plenty of room to burn off some energy!

We aim to provide a warm, friendly and relaxed pre-school environment where children and families feel at ease; provide high quality care and education; provide a wide variety of play activities and experiences for the children developed within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework; work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop and also add to the life and well-being of the local community.
