A practical, hands-on, one day workshop with local herbalist Laura Uphill.

You will identify local herbs and learn how to use them safely at home to treat disease. Simple diagnostic techniques and safe dosages will be discussed. Under Laura’s expert guidance learn how to make your own herbal medicinal teas, decoctions, syrups, oils & salves.
