Although Christmas Day is fully booked you can still book from our Festive menu given at least 48 hours notice. There is an early Christmas Present for our customers of a money off voucher that can be used in January/ February ( subject to conditions. ).

Raise the roof with your singing at your local pub!  

Come along to The Rising Sun at 6pm on Sunday 13 December and join the choirs of St James and All Saints Churches in Wishing All a Merry Christmas!

There will be mulled wine, mince pies and plenty of cheer that night so don't miss out

Celebrate New Year with us! 

Following the great success of our Casino Evening last year, this New Year's Eve celebration promises to be even better with a formal sit-down meal and a magician/ entertainer. Plus we will have musical entertainment to make it a really special evening. 

There will be an extended licence so that we can see in New Year 2016 in style.
