The Clanfield Practice - Surgery Christmas Holiday Closure

Please note that the Surgery will be closed between 1pm and 2pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2015.  

Patients needing urgent medical attention before the surgery reopens will be given details of how to contact the duty doctor if they call the normal surgery number.023 9259 3285

There Surgery  Opening Hours over the Christmas period are:-

• Christmas Eve Thursday 24 December  8.00am – 6.30pm
• Tuesday 29  December  8.00am – 6.30pm
•  Wednesday 30 December  8.00am – 6.30pm
•  Thursday 31 December  8.00am – 6.30pm

The Surgery will be Closed on the following days:-

Christmas Day 25 December

Monday 28 December

New Year’s Day Friday 1 January 2016

The Surgery will resume normal hours from Monday 4 January 2016. 

Patients should contact the Out of Hours Service by dialling 111 when the Surgery is closed.
