Support Pals of Petersgate School
- Published: 22nd May 2015
Pals of Petersgate School - PoPS - are putting together a Programme for their Summer Fayre on Sunday 14 June 2015. See Events for more information!
PoPS are selling advertising space in the programme or requesting raffle prizes for the Fayre. All proceeds will be going to buy extra, non curriculum equipment for the children of Petersgate School.
Be generous and support the children and Pals of Petersgate School in their main fundraising event of the year.
Emma Goddard Petersgate Infant School
We are writing to you to ask if you would like to buy advertising space in our Programme at our Summer Fayre and/or donate a prize for our Raffle.
Our fundraising committee endeavours to raise funds to buy the extra, non curriculum equipment for the children of Petersgate Infant School in Clanfield, East Hampshire. We hold many fundraising events throughout the year - the main one being our Summer Fayre.
We are holding our Summer Fayre on Sunday 14th June and we are producing a A5 sized colour Booklet for the event which we give to each family attending. We are selling the advertising space at £30 for a full page and £15 for half a page.
Please email Julie Fehr at firstname.lastname@example.org with the artwork for the Programme, preferably in 300dpi .jpeg or .pdf. For the full page advert 21cm x 15cm portrait or 10cm x 15cm landscape ideally. You could include discount vouchers, promotions etc. Any questions please get in touch.
We will need the artwork and payment back by 4h June at the latest so we can print in time.
However if you wished not to take the opportunity to advertise in the Programme we would be extremely grateful if you would consider donating a prize for our raffle.
Either by donating a raffle prize and/or buying advertising space would be very much appreciated and help us enormously.
I thank you for taking the time to read this request and look forward to hearing from you and maybe we will see you on the day if you are free.
