UPDATE ON THE RISING SUN
There are a lot of rumours circulating about The Rising Sun at the moment and so this is just to update everyone and to set the record straight.
The pub is going to be closed for a couple of weeks whilst some re-structuring takes place. We are working with Enterprise Inns as part of this and then hopefully the pub will re-launch!
Rosie and I came to the decision that this was in the best interest of the pub and the community it serves, and for its long term future. Not an easy decision on our part.
So there are no bailiffs or boarding up!
Both of us would like to express our thanks to our customers and the community of Clanfield for their support and custom over the last five years. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Rising Sun and will look back on it with fond memories.
